Calcium sulfate is what’s typically used. You are very unlikely to run into sulfur tox unless your levels are crazy high. If you are talking about a concentrated solution you’d need calcium chloride. As a dry mix I’d roll with calcium sulfate. Just my 2 cents.
CamZModeratorShould cover what ypu need to know.

CamZModeratorSame schedule.
CamZModeratorIf you plan to do it then that is correct.
CamZModerator<p style=”text-align: left;”>Very likely a buildup of mineral salts and subsequent ph imbalance. Wicking systems work better for organic ammendments in my opinion. A crucial part of mineral based fertilizer is the need for 10-15% runoff when feeding. This extra amount allows the old, imbalanced salts to be pushed out. The result leaves the correct ratio of mineral salts behind.

CamZModeratorSometime it’s an expert in the field, other times it’s someone who just started. Most of the time it’s the “normal” guests that make people feel like they can do it too.

CamZModeratorI don’t personally see calcium, but it is hard to overdo calcium. Just be careful of the source because it can harm ph values. If you are running ro it’s probably one of the micros. I can rule out potassium and phosphorus for sure. It’s obviously not mag. Maybe zinc.
CamZModeratorOk. Got it. Yes, if you suspect light burn is the cause any reduction in light exposure will help rectify the issue. Despite popular belief, autoflowers can’t generally handle being pushed as hard as photos.
Light burn and heat burn aren’t always the same thing. Personally, I would drop the intensity of the lights by 25% rather than adjust the light schedule. With no ability to do that, my second option would be to lower the number of hours of exposure on both lights.
Your plan could work, but it seems like extra work.
CamZModeratorLike you have them. Give the most light to the runt. Just my opinion.
CamZModeratorSorry I missed this. Did you get it rectified?

CamZModerator<p style=”text-align: left;”>Can you go over everything you just said and refine it. It’s very confusing. You said 12pm to 12pm which is 24 hours. You also said you are trying to run lights for all but 5 hours in flower. Are you running autos? If not, you need to be running 12 hours of light and 12 hours of complete darkness. Having trouble following.
