KeymasterYour post was stuck in a “pending” queue that is difficult for me to see, so it was never approved to be seen until now. Sorry about that. This post is from several months back but shows as today since it was approved today. I assume this is resolved but please let us know if you have any other questions.

KeymasterNice harvest you got there! Man I really wish testing was readily available in all states. The Cannatrol is amazing for drying isn’t it? In my state it’s only licensed commercial facilities that are able to get testing. No bueno.

KeymasterThe Owner actually reached out to me a little while back about it. I have been using the Cannatrol and I love how I can set the temperature and dew point right on it. I heard that with the herbsnowdryer they don’t allow you to change the temp or humidity. Do you know what the temp/humidity is when drying in it? How do you like it so far?

KeymasterSorry for the delayed response on this; I just had a baby 2 days ago and just got home from the hospital with a newborn. The trichomes are looking good! I see mostly cloudy but hard to tell if it’s just the camera being deceiving or not. Can you post a pic of the whole plant?
You mention bringing the PPM down to around 100; keep in mind, that is an optional method. Many people get caught up on flushing their plants like crazy trying to get the PPM down and worry a lot. These days, many people bring down to 500, or, some people don’t flush at all. This is a highly debated topic and is something I need to clarify more when I do the next revision on my book.

KeymasterYour soil has plenty of nutrients already in it so I’d rule that out. How many times have you watered it and what do you do to decide if it needs water or not?

KeymasterCongrats!! That dew point should drop for you pretty quickly. If it doesn’t, you may want to remove the sponge for a few days.

KeymasterGood to see it healed up just fine. Congrats on your harvest!

KeymasterI’m not sure if I’m fully understanding why you are trying to change the light cycle but I assume they have been flowering for awhile now and when you bring them inside you want to run your lights at night instead of during the day. Is that correct? If so, leaving the lights off for and extra 12 hours will be fine. For example, you bring them inside at 6pm. They go through their normal dark period from 6pm-6am. You then keep them in the dark from 6am-6pm and then the lights come on starting their new 12-hour light cycle. Yes you may loose a little growth but imo it’s not much to worry about. I sometimes switch from lights on during the day to lights on at night and do the extended dark period just like that to make the transition.
If I misunderstood, please clarify what light cycle you are trying to change to.
