I’m not sure if I’m fully understanding why you are trying to change the light cycle but I assume they have been flowering for awhile now and when you bring them inside you want to run your lights at night instead of during the day. Is that correct? If so, leaving the lights off for and extra 12 hours will be fine. For example, you bring them inside at 6pm. They go through their normal dark period from 6pm-6am. You then keep them in the dark from 6am-6pm and then the lights come on starting their new 12-hour light cycle. Yes you may loose a little growth but imo it’s not much to worry about. I sometimes switch from lights on during the day to lights on at night and do the extended dark period just like that to make the transition.

If I misunderstood, please clarify what light cycle you are trying to change to.

Tough to tell you for sure but you can try to use a carbon filter. Another thing you can do while trimming to reduce the smell is make the room cold. The higher the temp, the more terpenes will volatize which results in greater smell in the air. That won’t completely kill the smell but it should reduce it a little. Although, when you’re trimming you’ll be inadvertently rupturing trichomes so that’ll make things smell also. How about a fan in the window blowing all the smell outside? lol

@growergamer when I bud washed I dried at 50% RH 70F for the first 1-2 days then I was more towards 60% RH 65F. Air circulation is a must and exchanging the air at least 1x per day is also a must imo. Hope that helps.

Sorry for the confusion. @SeasonsLater was asking about Grow Safe which is linked in the article I posted. It has corn oil, soybean oil, and a few other things which is why I was saying I wouldn’t spray that in flower. I’ve never used Southern AG but I trust Cam Z

I used to use EnviroKlenz but their customer service is horrendous so I can’t recommend them anymore. I don’t use any air purifier anymore so I don’t have any suggestions for you. Sorry I can’t be of more help here. Maybe someone else can recommend one that they use.

Depends on what your water source pH is. If it’s between 6-7 then most don’t pH adjust the water. If it’s above 7.0 or below 6.0, many people will adjust, although, there are lots of people who don’t and claim success. Sorry for being so general but this is a question that is a bit controversial and you will get different answers depending on who you ask.

I don’t use flushing agents; I’ve always just stuck to water-only and had good results.

Nice looking flowers you got there! I’m glad to hear you’re so close to harvest. Looking at the pics, it’s difficult for me to see the color of the trichomes; they are a bit blurry.

Is the Orange Bud you’re growing here by Dutch Passion? What day of flower is she on?
