MarkParticipant
The 2 plants in the picture are looking great, I also grow in soil and top dress, I would give the 2 plants another week but you could chop them now, if you want too, they look ready to me (most the pistols are amber, can’t see any new white pistols)
I tend to top dress my plants 2.5 weeks into the flower stage
MarkParticipantYou could be right but its not just odour control(really everyone needs to do this because always some neighbours that don’t want to smell your weed)you need to exchange the air because it can cause a lot of other problems like bud rot in late flower.
MarkParticipantmain concern is “positive pressure”, this will stink the house out in mid flower, you always need native pressure, even if the fan on 15mins every hour, it will help and it should help to keep the humidity in range.
MarkParticipantYour right, all the fan sugar leaves could have been burnt, a picture of the full canopy would have giving us a better idea, I have see so many growers trying to fix miner problems and this has often lead to more harm than good.
For example you could flush the roots get to get any build up out of the roots, often some water is left in the trays, the humidity will rise(risk of bud rot) could take a week for the soil to dry out, the grower may still water the plant in a few days and this can lead to root rot, so often I say cut back on the feed, your plants look great don’t worry.
MarkParticipantI do the same Joshua1876, top dress, week 2,4, and 6.
nute burn tends to start at the lower part of the canopy.MarkParticipantThis is one of my crops and I had a few of plants looking like this, the leaves on my plants near the end of flower tend to go all types of colours and start to die, thought it was normal.
MarkParticipantIn general this happens to most plants in late flower, I would drop the Ppm down to 600 and the plant should be ready to chop in 2-3 weeks
MarkParticipantyou can’t tell yet but there no signs it a male
MarkParticipantHi Organicharvest hero,
The basic way you set a grow room up is with negative pressure, this controls the odour, I don’t know much about the thermoforge t3 by ACI, I use a 5″ rvk fan, filter and a basic ac fan controller, I only use enough light to cover the plants canopy, less light, less heat and exhaust fan can be turn down low, so the humidity and temperature are in range, say your plant canopy about 12″ wide in late veg early flower, there no point lighting up a 4ft x 4ft room, wasting electric.
makes me laugh when you see a 700w light on full with a rooted clone in the centre. -
