I am having same time issue with “auto” biscotti. I am going to just do a light time switch n force mine. It’s massive and still growing like hell.

Super weird. Gg was super dense before hanging. Cold snap kept temp 45-65 swing but humidity stayed 50-60. Turning out airy. I don’t get it. Oh well. Looks amazing Thats what matters

Ok so having issue with keeping humidity up with this cold front. Staying in the 60’s temp and 30-40’s humidity in dry tent. When I looked today, the tight toppers are looking fluffy over tight. Got 7-9 more days before cure. Hope they tighten back up. Wonder if low humidity will screw up drying?

Harvest tomorrow. Going to try this hanging setup on “wedding cake” if that’s what it is and going to whole hang gg on other side. New setup just for drying.
