I just recently planted some seeds on 2/10 it’s currently 2 days later and 2 of them have sprouted and look fine. One is popping out of the soil but looks frail. 2 are yet to sprout. Them all being in different points led me to question my environment. Currently my room rest at 75 Fahrenheit and 51% humidity. Really just wondering if my plants differences have something to do with my vpd being so high or what is recommended.

The plants will sprout at different times and will grow differently depending on a number of different factors – not just environment.

The temperature and humidity you mention should be sufficient for the vegetation stage. If you look at the pulse VPD chart for the Veg stage, 75F shows dark green RH range of 58-62% and a light green range of 50-68%. So you are within the green range.
