Trichome color help

I’m pretty new to growing just wondering if anyone would be able to give me a hand deciding if  my plants ready for harvest, I see some amber colored trichomes but I can’t tell if the others are more clear or more cloudy. I don’t have a microscope but my phone took a pretty decent picture.

I see a lot of clear on the calyx. The trichomes on the leaves tend to turn faster so many ignore those. What’s the flowering time on this plant and how old is it?
