mycorrhizae for roots when transplanting.? 70/30-coco-synthetic nutes ???

hey guys im totally lost on this topic on wether i should apply some mycorrhizae to the roots of my plant when transplanting from solo cup to 5gal fab pots or should i just leave it out and the plant should be fine after a couple days recovery?

i am using 70/30 coco & perlite + feeding with synthetic nutrients (salt based)

It’s not required but can be beneficial. If you have 10-15 to buy great white or something then go for it. If not, don’t.
