One thing I would like to see — and I know that you might have some concerns about being perceived as shilling too hard – but hear me out, ok? I’d like to hear a lengthy interview with a representative (or two) from AC Infinity. Not just Brandon (though, maybe him too?) but in particular the guy in charge of their APP. That’s the guy I want to hear from most.
I love the AI control in the app, but there are a lot of things which can’t be done via AI and a lot of that isĀ non-intuitive and can be confusing during use. For an example? Add the new water detector sensor to your setup. When you do, you’ll find the AI App refuses to let you just add the sensor, unless you also have a water pump attached to the system.
Yes, ultimately, there are ways around this and it can be made to work – but it’s really difficult as an end user to have no forum to communicate with ACI (other than customer support) and their staff interaction in terms of communicating with their customers is missing. Yes, they post videos from time to time, but other than that?
Most of their communication is corp speak emanated through Youtubers like you.
Alright, fair enough. If that’s the way they want it? Fine.
Just give us that every now and then at least. Prior to the interview, you can put the word out to subscribers to submit questions, you curate/select Qs and off we go!
