Defoliation?!!!!

Im in forst day of week 6 pf flowering stage

I decided to do a defoliation of the big fan leafs and some of the small one that was covering bud’s because the plant was so bushy

there no many leafs left in the plant but there still leafs

my question is did i defoliate too much and will the plant grow bigger or i stress it too much??
