Switching to Fabric Pots

I am about to switch to fabric pots, can I just dump my plastic pot into the fabric pot, so the old root system is upside down and top dress? Or should; I make sure, the roots are facing down before transplanting my clones into them?

not sure what you mean,  up side down,  in the past i have transplanted them on there side,  so they can run side ways, like tying them down, one thing i have always wondered about fabric pots is, are they able to aerate the roots more compared hard plastic

So the soil that was in the bottom of the plastic pot would be at the top of the fabric pot.  I spoke to someone else today and confirmed it is not an issue as I had already thought.  I have been doin no till in 5 gallon plastic pots for the last 2 years.  Just switched up to the AC Infinity 5 gallon fabric pots tonight.

so you taking about letting the pot sit on top of yor fabric pot, as in your remove the bottom of your plastic pot to make a kinda 2 story high pot
