Seed opened now it’s brown an crinkle looking

I thought I was doing everything right I’m using miracle grow soil right and I just noticed like my plant looks so drenched so I went to change the soil found the seed and it’s root all shrunk and brown it’s sitting i. Some water right now because I’m not sure if I should toss it or if there’s hope. Please any advice ? I have pictures

Chances, are! You, overwatered. So give me a few days to a week to dry out before giving a small dose of water. 1L should be good! Thanks, mate!!!
