New grow room with carpet?

I am a new grower and my tent is in a room with carpet. I’ve just found out this isn’t ideal. Is this going to be ok?

The reason why a carpet is a concern is mostly due to not being able to clean up as efficiently. For example if you spill nutrient solution or soil then it will be a pain to clean up. If you are growing in a grow tent and it’s on a carpet, that’s fine.

Thank you. Honestly in 6 months of research I hadn’t heard anything about carpet, and then all the sudden last night I saw something on it and I started freaking out. Is everyone who grows so obsessive. I feel like I finally found something that fits my ocd, ADD and all the other issues I have lol. Thanks Chris
