First feeding of nutes in coco

Hi Mr Grow It,

I’m fairly new to indoor growing and bought your 7 steps book, was wondering when you first start feeding nutes? I am trying general hydroponics nutes and am starting with the low feed chart. I’ve heard so many conflicting start dates to start nutes
