First F3 run and F4 testers

Started the soak today so I don’t have anything to share just yet but I can’t wait to show off specifically the CHILL OUT OG F3 AND F4 plants as they progress. I have a few tents to work with so if I happen to find a strong male this might turn into a breeding project of my own 👀

A little about me – 4 years of growing, 17 harvests, a total of 86 plants under my belt and this is my first time popping regular seeds. Typically I grow from fem seeds, have cloned and monster cropped. I’m growing organically with Craft Blend, worm castings, and Recharge as my inputs. 5×5, 2×4, and (2) 2×2 tents to work with.

That’s awesome! Looking forward to your updates! I’m trying to play around a bit and figure this out before I pop my Chillout f3 and 4. Don’t want to mess them up haha. I’ll get there. Passion will overcome.

The last F3 popped today. That’s 100% germination on F3 and F4. (F3 #3 just got tossed in the rapid rooter.)

After 3 days – 3/3 F4 and 2/3 F3 popped

After 3 days 2/3 F3 and 3/3 F4 have popped and were transferred to rapid rooters.

Normally I’d go straight into soil or pop in rapid roots but I don’t have soil on hand at the moment and wanted to try out the Cannakan (works pretty good imo).

Does F1 mean breeding brother and sister for the first time?

Crossing two established lines together give you an F1 seed. Breeding a male and female from those seeds gives you F2 seeds, and so on.
