clone start issue

Hello there. I’m having trouble getting this growth going, and I don’t really understand what went wrong, or how to proceed. I’d be glad for any help or similar experience. Thank you very much.

problem:
They seem not growing any plant mass for this age (about 20 days from the cut, 10 in a dome under 24h light with 0.9 EC solution, they were transplanted when the first 2 roots were visible, some even branched out already), they don’t show any sign of root/stem rot and they seem to keep developing new roots. I’m using a full Advanced Nutrients line and this is not my first growth like this.
First, I thought it was not enough light so I bumped it to 50%, few days without visual change I thought it was not fed enough, so I adjusted the feeding schedule, but this doesn’t seem to be the thing either. For now, since they don’t seem dead, I’m trying to keep a more humid environment around them and they are getting foliar Remo Velokelp before sleep time, nothing else extra.

My question is, would you recommend doing something else, or it’s a failure? Thank you again for any tips.
