Beginner needing advice

Hi

I have these plants which have been in the Veg stage for 8 weeks. 
I’m doing my best to use LST to improve new branches to get a better yield of Colas.

On average they are approx. 15inches high.

They are getting a nutrient every 2nd day with water twice a day.

I am interested to know if this is typical results as i am thinking that show have been taller by now.

It looks like your plants are yellowing quite a bit which very well may be stunting their growth. What nutrient lineup are you using? What is the pH and PPM of the soil runoff?
