    So I started a new grow after my first few plants failed. I ordered these from Seed Supreme. They are Gorilla Glue, Purple Kush and Do Si Do. I started them on December 10th, the Gorilla Glue took off the other two didn’t do so well. I tried them in water, after a week the purple kush didn’t even sprout a taproot and the do so do had a small taproot, but it broke when trying to transplant. I started two new ones in a paper towel and they did much better. I planted in Fox Farm Ocean Forest,

    I used Ocean Forest in all the repots into 5gal fabric pots. I’m currently waiting on my auto pots to arrive.
    So, when should I start feeding with nutrients? I’m using the FOOP system.

    With FFOF (Fox Farm Ocean Forest) soil, they won’t need any additional nutrients until roughly 20-40 days of the plants life, depending on what size container they are in. If they were in 1gal containers, then nutrients would deplete faster than if they were in 5gal containers. From my experience, I’ve been able to get away with waiting 30-40 days when using FFOF soil in 5gal grow pots.

    I believe I’m at a point of cutting back some foliage, but I’m a little hesitant of how and where to begin. Here is my biggest plant now. Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated!

    Yes I did. I did two attempts and neither one posted. So I will try again.

    It’s looking so far. No need to defoliate right now. Maybe in a week or 2. She seems to be stretching just fine.

    If anything, you can top the plant if you want. When you defoliate, I take off the big fan leaves that are blocking bud sites oonly.hqve a look at my newest post the before and after defoliation. I didn’t take too much off. Hope this helps
