Buds turn brown…looking inside reveals a 1/4 inch white or yellow maggot like larvae. 40x mag Trichome evaluation of sugar leaves has revealed a tiny, translucent precursor and, in a different sample, a further developed white larvae (still tiny).
I decided to harvest the best buds, making sure to trim the leaves and cut out any browning. The rest went into the ditch. What’s up with that?
Bud Worms. I’ve encountered them last summer. Took my indoor plant outside and discovered the maggot like worms on the buds. Soul and leaves. Plant was Ethos Purple Thai.
